The Berkley South building along A1A, just south of Oakland Park Blvd., has retail/office condos on the ground floor. This space used to be a retail mall, and still has a lot of the old infrastructure. It also features 30'+ wide hallways. These spaces are largely legal, accounting and other professional offices. However, the space we have available used to be a salon, and has two doors facing the parking area that would make an excellent entry/exit for a quasi retail space.
